As an INFJ, you tend to live by a set of unwritten rules. While these principles can provide structure and meaning, they can also become rigid over time, potentially limiting your growth and happiness. 

Today’s journal prompt invites you to view your current life code through the fresh, unfiltered lens of your younger self. Our younger selves often possess an idealism and openness that can be valuable to reconnect with. By imagining your younger self’s reaction to your current life code, you may uncover areas where it has become habitual rather than helpful and perhaps feel inspired to make some changes.
